Cabbage fry is one of the yummy dishes of all. I know you might be thinking I am crazy for saying that, but yes if you don't like cabbage then try making it with channa dal. This combination is perfect for those days when you are scratching your heads, what to prepare for lunch or dinner. Mom used to make this once a week and it was just perfect for my lunch box with chapatis. Must say she made us eat all the vegetables with her yummy cooking skills. This recipe is perfect for beginners and bachelors to prepare. One more good thing about cabbage is, you can chop it roughly and don't have to bother about the length and size. I love having this cabbage channa dal fry with hot white rice and ghee, mmmmmmm it reminds me of my mom feeding both of us at dinner time.
