No Bake Chocolate Egg Nest Cookies | Easter Recipes

Well it's a fun recipe to share with you all. Eater is right around the corner and this is a yummy treat to make with your kids.
How cute are these birds nests? To make these nests coat the chow mien noodles or hakka noodles in melted chocolate and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Hakka Noodles or Chow Mein Noodles
10-12 Cadbury Chocolate Eggs (you can also use m&ms or jelly beans)
Method:
- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and stir for every 30 seconds.
- Stir in the hakka noodles and chow mien noodles.
- Spray cupcake tins or muffin tins lightly with cooking spray.
- Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tin.
- Mold into nest shapes.
- Let it set.
- Place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove them from the cupcake or muffin tins once it's set.
- Place eggs on top.
