Buttermilk Pancakes

Pancakes makes one of our favorite, recipe for those lazy weekends and also when we are in a breakfast for dinner sort of mood. It gets ready in just a few minutes and pretty easy to make. it's light, fluffy and so delicious that you will get requests for these pancakes.
Ingredients:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
3 tblsp Granulated Sugar
1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Buttermilk
1/4 cup butter (optional)
A pinch of Salt
Method:
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
- Whisk together buttermilk and the melted butter.
- Pour the buttermilk mixture slowly into the flour mixture, stirring to combine as you pour.
- Add sugar to the mixture and set aside for atleast 3 minutes.
- Heat the griddle or skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add butter to the griddle or skillet.
- Make sure it is coated well.
- Scoop the pancake batter onto the prepared griddle or skillet by about 1/3 cup.
- Allow to cook until the edges of the pancake have lost their sheen and bubbles have formed in the center and edges. (about 2-3 minutes)
- Flip the pancake and allow to cook about 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from the griddle or skillet and serve warm with fruits and garnish it with butter and maple syrup.
