The festival of Sri Rama Navami marks the birthday celebration of Lord Sri Rama, who is one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu. According to the Hindi calendar, Sri Rama Navami falls on the ninth day of the Chaitra Masam (Month), i.e., Spring season.
Never Mor(spiced buttermilk) is served to Lord Sri Rama as prasadam on Sri Rama Navami Festival. It's a yogurt drink with spices, which is natural body coolant, perfect for summers. This naivedhyam differs from home to home. This is my mom's recipe which I am going to share today.
